We keep the log in cards in a holder right next to the clock if people take them home, I guarantee they will forget them, lose them, etc - so this keeps it easy.

The clock is NOT compatible out-of-the-box with the Paychex Flex import function as of Time clock for quickbooks desktop Paychex's default template will not work with this clock, so you have to request a custom "Non-Compliant Template" from your Paychex rep.
